completed his MSW and PG Diploma. From 2014 he has worked at a community-based NGO. Here he has got extensive experience in improving health, livelihoods and agriculture and in managing and facilitating Farmer Field Schools and sustainable agriculture. He has over 10 years’ experience working with women, children and government departments. Currently Devendra works with marginal and landless women farmers and those who are doing organic farming in Abhyuday Sansthan. Using his skills he trains women farmers on biodiversity conservation and bio inputs, nutrient preparation and use. His team are passionate about organic agriculture, especially natural resource management and conservation.

He wants to use smart projector in expanding Farmer Field School and Bio Input Resource Centre, helping farmers to become aware and adopt Agroecological farming, also he make business by renting out the projector for training programs of Government and other NGO's,
