is a passionate environmentalist and youth advocate. He comes from the Nabilatuk District in the extreme south of the Karamoja region. Frank is currently a member of the Working Group for Children and Youth on Environment in Uganda. He is also a youth champion under the YIYA 2022 champions’ award of FAO for youth influencers in Agriculture in Northern Uganda. 

Frank is Founder and Team Leader of KAYESE 256 (Karamoja Youth Effort to Save Environment), a community organisation championing environmental stewardship and youth empowerment in the region,. Through this social movement, he has been leading campaigns aiming at increasing forest cover in this semi-arid region.

Frank is also the regional coordinator for Youth Go Green Uganda, Earth Day Network (EDN) - Uganda, Youth and Advocate Network Uganda, Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN) Uganda, (YADNET), and a board member for YADNET Uganda.

Frank was the 2021 fellow for the #StandUp4Nature fellowship.
