Hery is an innovative young leader, he holds a degree in agronomy from the Institut d'Enseignement Supérieur de Menabe (IESM), and has several years' experience in agronomy and social development following his studies. He actively participates in capacity-building training workshops for young people within the Menabe region's civil society platform. Hery has worked in rural development for several NGOs, including WWF Madagascar, GREEN MADA DEVELOPMENT and SAF/FJKM. Passionate about working with young people and farmers, he aims to make a name for himself in agricultural entrepreneurship in Morondava district.  He also hopes to pass on technical knowledge of agro-ecology to farmers using the Digisoft smart projector supplied by Access Agriculture.
