Working with Clémence as a team member is Hilaire KODJO. He is 30 years old and also from Benin Republic. Hilaire has a BSc in aquaculture and three years working experience with a local NGO called CEBEDES Xudodo. During these three years, he has worked with garden farmers by building their capacity to improve their production techniques by using organic fertilisers. Hilaire is passionate about agriculture and his long term ambition is to become a big agricultural entrepreneur.
