didn't initially plan to study agronomy despite being from a farming family. However, after passing the competitive entrance exam, she discovered a real passion for the field of agriculture. As her studies progressed, she realised that she had made the right choice. She obtained her degree in agronomic sciences and then gained experience as a technical agricultural consultant, mainly in training and coaching young farmers. She also worked as a site manager for the Vatosoa AGEX Association in the Mahabo district as part of the ‘Cash for Work’ project, funded by the FID (Fund for Innovation in Development), to provide economic support to farmers.

Like many young graduates in Madagascar, Juvancia found it difficult to find work after her studies, so she turned to a multitude of small activities to survive. Today, Juvancia has renewed hope, as she is part of the Access Agriculture ERA team selected in the Mahabo district. She plans to broaden her sources of income by selling agro-ecological and processed products, through collaboration with other ERAs and farmer-entrepreneurs. She has a particular interest in food processing, especially the production of jams and sweets, and her dream is to become a full-time entrepreneur in this field. She intends to use the smart projector to train farmers by offering them practical solutions tailored to the realities on the ground, while involving them in the production of the raw materials she plans to process.
