is from Ontapurva village, in Chhatarpur District of Madhya Pradesh. She is a dedicated professional with a strong background in sustainable agriculture and education. After completing her studies, she has been working with the NGO Pradaan since 2021 as a master trainer. With over 3 years of experience, she has managed and facilitated Farmer Field Schools, promoted sustainable agriculture, and worked closely with both female and male farmers as well as government departments. Mamta is actively involved in purchase and sale activities in an FPO and currently supports marginal women farmers, training them as Krishi Sakhis in the Pradaan Sansthan and Livelihood Mission. Her goal is to raise awareness about natural and organic farming, particularly among women, in every village. To further this work, she plans to use the smart projector to expand farmer field schools and Bio-input Resource Centres, rent out the projector for training programs of government and other NGOs, and motivate farmers to transition from chemical to natural farming.
