The team includes Hamada AbdelNazir Sabet, Azza Sayed and Shaymaa Mahmoud. The NGO Afdal (Better) for Community Development was founded by the team to provide services to these communities in a formal manner. They focus on bettering the livelihoods of small-scale farmers by helping them increase production. The NGO has worked with many funding agencies, including USAID, UN and Save the Children.
