has over 13 years’ experience in the social sector and is currently working as Head of Corporate Communications and Monitoring at SayTrees, having joined from GoldmanSachs where she worked as a Program Manager for India, Corporate Social Responsibility & Corporate Engagement. Prior to that she worked as a Relationship Manager in Cisco Systems India Pvt Ltd and led their Corporate Engagement in India. Saranya has also closely worked with the Education Department of Karnataka in training government schoolteachers across 255 schools and 8 cities in Karnataka, to integrate technology in classrooms when working with American India Foundation.

Saranya is a trainer by passion and has experience of working at different phases of a programme cycle from proposal writing to implementation of the project. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology, specialising in organisational behaviour and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru.
