has Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy attained from the University of Rwanda. He is currently working as a Food and Drugs Port of Entry Inspection Specialist at Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority. During days off and at weekends, he spends most of his time in rural community-based project development. He co-founded Uruhimbi Kageyo Cooperative (UKC) which deals in training farmers on growing hydroponic fodder for their animals. Sylvestre is also the president of the supervising council for Rwanda Village Community Promoters (RVCP). He hopes that his team at UKC will gain substantial capacity to train more farmers at less cost using the smart projector farmer-to-farmer videos.
