Coach for digital agroecological services provision – Benin

Access Agriculture AISBL seeks to engage a coach as part of a project to scale agroecology in Benin by deploying and testing digital tools with intermediary organisations and end-users.
This position is part of a ground-breaking and dynamic team with a common goal to promote agroecological principles and rural entrepreneurship by enabling the last mile delivery of quality learning videos, consistent with Access Agriculture’s vision, mission and values.

Young entrepreneur coaches- Ghana

Access Agriculture seeks to recruit two dynamic people to join its global team and enhance the delivery and impact of Access Agriculture’s agroecological learning videos through a new network of 54 young ERA teams across Ghana. The ERA teams will consist of final-year students and recent graduates (alumni) who will submit a basic business plan outlining how they intend to form a mixed-gender team of three individuals. This ERA team will be responsible for developing a business that offers e-advisory services within their local communities. The selection of ERAs will be done by the Access Agriculture ERA coaches together with tertiary ATVET institutes.

Access Agriculture volunteer ambassadors

To expand its current network, Access Agriculture seeks passionate women and young leaders from Africa, Asia and Latin America to become volunteer ambassadors. Access Agriculture Ambassadors commit to promote agroecology and organic farming and support the distribution of quality farmer training videos in their respective countries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, especially within social media
  • Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality

Upon signing a code of conduct, Access Agriculture ambassadors will receive the Access Agriculture promo video, latest PowerPoint presentation and leaflets. They will also be allowed to add “Access Agriculture Ambassador” to their email signature.
